Question 1

I've tried gels before and they didn't work. How is this different?

Accepted Answer

Most gels are sensation-only. They deliver a menthol tingle to the surface and fade in 20 minutes. Kinzeno uses micro-bubble technology that works with the massage. It's not a different sensation. It’s a rounded approach that focuses on short and long-term relief.

Question 2

How do I actually use it? Is there a technique?

Accepted Answer

Apply a coin-sized amount directly to the area, then massage it in using slow, circular motions until there is no residue left. The massage is part of how it works — it's not just a rub-on-and-forget gel. Most people do it in the morning, after activity, and before bed.

Question 3

Is it going to smell medicinal or leave grease on my clothes?

Accepted Answer

Kinzeno has no unpleasant medicinal smell, instead smelling like refreshing mint. It absorbs quickly without any greasy residue. Apply it, massage, get dressed, and go about your day.

Question 4

How is Kinzeno different from heat pads and compression wraps?

Accepted Answer

Heat pads warm the surface and feel good in the moment — but the relief disappears the second you take them off. Compression wraps apply pressure from the outside but never reach the muscle or joint underneath. Kinzeno once massaged, works directly at the site, delivering active botanicals and minerals where the tension actually lives — so the relief doesn't stop when you do.
